2019 Workout for Water Workouts


>> DIVISION PARTNER WORKOUT

- Teams of 2, any mix of M/M, M/F, F/F

- One person is always working at a time, except for the run, which is done together. Work cannot start until both partners are back to the workout area.


Start: all teams stationed with all equipment in front of long wall.


3 - 2 - 1 - Go....

Round 1:

3 rounds of 20 KB Swings each person 53/35

*Partner A does 20, Partner B does 20, for 3 rounds

Cash-out: 50 total Side to Side Jumps over tall jerry can

When completed, do the running loop through the park. Come in through the far end of the long wall.


Round 2:

3 rounds of 20/16 ea Cal Row

*Partner A does 20/16, Partner B does 20/16, for 3 rounds

Cash-out: 40 total HR Push-ups with feet on jerry can


When completed, do the running loop through the park. Come in through the near end of the long wall.


Round 3:

3 rounds of: 20 ea 2-Arm DB Thrusters 35/25

*Partner A does 20, Partner B does 20, for 3 rounds

Cash-out: 30 total Burpees over the jerry can


When completed, do the running loop through the park. Come in through the finish line.


Score is time to complete.

INCLEMENT WEATHER WORKOUT ADJUSTMENTS:

- Replace Round 2 rowing with 3 rounds of 20 DB Renegade Row 35/25


MOVEMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS DIVISION:

For Competitive Workout:

- KB Swing 53/35 for reps

- 2-Arm DB Thruster 35/25 for reps

- HR Push-ups >> for reps

TEAM WORKOUT (Scaled)

- Teams of 4, any mix of M/F

- Each team will carry the following 3 items throughout the course:

- 20lb Medicine Ball

- 35lb DB

- 25lb Jerry Can


Start: all teams stationed with all equipment in front of long wall.


3 - 2 - 1 - Go....

Round 1:

100 1-Arm DB Ground to Overhead 35/25 (two people working at a time)

*Can be clean and press, clean and jerk, snatch, etc.

100 Sit-ups (two people working at a time)


When completed, do the running loop through the park carrying your three items. Come through the far end of the long wall


Round 2:

100 Front Squats with DB and Jerry Can (two people working at a time)

100 Hands Elevated Push-ups (two people working at a time)


When completed, do the running loop through the park carrying your three items. Come through the near end of the long wall.


Round 3:

100 Step Lunges with MB and Jerry Can Overhead (two people working at a time)

100 Blue Poker Chips - every Burpee, pick up one chip and put it in the bucket (everyone working together)


When completed, do the running loop through the park carrying your three items AND the bucket of “water”. End through the finish line.

*600 total reps represents our total goal of $600,000.
